This 5-hour Introductory Waxing course is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of waxing techniques using hard wax, flexible wax, and soft wax. You’ll spend 1.5 hours learning the theory behind waxing. After a 30-minute break, you’ll dive into hands-on practice, perfecting your technique on two live models. Whether you’re just starting out in the beauty industry or looking to refine your waxing skills, this course will provide you with the foundation needed to offer high-quality waxing services. You’ll also receive a starter kit to take home, so you can practice and offer waxing services right away.

What’s Included:

5-Hour Class: 1.5 hours of theory followed by hands-on practice on live models (2 models required per person).
Theory of Waxing: Learn the basics of waxing, including skin anatomy, hair growth cycles, and the differences between hard, flexible, and soft waxes.
Application Techniques for Hard, Flexible & Soft Wax: Step-by-step guidance on how to apply each type of wax effectively for various body areas.
Waxing Safety & Hygiene: Learn important hygiene and safety practices to ensure a professional, clean, and safe waxing experience for both you and your clients.
Hands-On Practice: Work on two live models to perfect your waxing skills and receive personalized feedback.
Starter Kit: Take home a professional starter kit with the necessary tools and products to get started offering waxing services immediately.

All courses and products are non-refundable. Expiration date for courses is 12 months after the initial purchase. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 1.2 Waiver:
I acknowledge that beauty treatments, the practice of skin care, and the practice of massage, including, but not limited to micro-needling,
electrolysis, facial toning, permanent cosmetics, body treatments,
ionization, Collagen, Dermaplaning, Ultrasound Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Botox, fillers, Injectables and various other beauty procedures is not an exact science and no specific guaranties can or have been made concerning the outcome.
I understand that some clients experience more change and
improvement than others. In virtually all cases, multiple treatments are required in order to realize a difference.I also understand and agree to assume the following risks and hazards which may occur in connection with any particular treatment including but not limited to: unsatisfactory results, soreness, poor healing, discomfort, redness, blistering, nerve damage, scarring, infection, change in skin pigmentation, allergic reaction, muscle damage, and increased hair growth.
I understand that even though precautions may be taken in my
treatment, not all risks can be known in advance. Given the above.
I understand that response to treatment varies on an individual
basis and that specific results are not guaranteed. Therefore, in
consideration for any treatment received.
I agree to unconditionally defend, hold harmless and release from
any and all liability the Beauty Academy LLC and the individual that
provided my treatment, the insured, and any additional insureds, as well as any officers, directors, or employees of Beauty Academy LLC companies for any condition or result, known or unknown, that may arise as a consequence of any treatment that I have received.
I have fully disclosed on my client intake form any medications,
previous complications, or current conditions that may affect my treatment.
I understand and agree that any legal action of any kind related to any treatment I receive will be limited to binding arbitration using a
single arbitrator agreed to by both parties.
I understand that massage therapists/estheticians do not diagnose
disease, prescribe medication or manipulate bones. I further understand that massage therapist/esthetician is not a substitute for medical attention or examination. Because massage therapy should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I take responsibility for alerting my practitioner to any physical, mental or emotional changes that occur with my health and understand that shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I forgot to do so.
The client indicated below also agrees to forever hold harmless and
release from any, and all liability, claims, or demands of any kind or
nature related to the transmission of any disease, condition, or illness
they may allege to have contracted or been exposed to as the result of any treatment, person, or visit at the insured's location.

What happens if I need to reschedule my class?

If you need to reschedule a class, please give us at least three days notice in advance. Otherwise, you may lose 50% of your deposit.

Do I need to bring my own tools? Own model?

You can bring your own model or we can provide one for you for an extra fee. Starter Kits will be available for sale if you want to start your business right away. We will provide anything you need for the class.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes, classes are in groups most of the time, so students can help each other and get more information from the class, but it depends on the schedule.

If I have questions after my class, can I reach out to you?

Definitely! After your training, you have 6 months of access to our online mentorship. You can call, text, or email whenever you need to.

Are you able to travel to us for classes?

Yes! We require a minimum of 10- 20 students, depending which course you are interested in and where you are located.
